Our venue can seat up to 190 guests, and our professional and caring staff are dedicated to delivering luxury, five-star service – ensuring all of your event needs are met to perfection.

The Venue

Stonehaven Banquet Hall features a cocktail reception area with coat check and full-service bar, a wide variety of menus, hilltop gazebo with beautifully landscaped gardens, private patio and personal bridal suite. Suite 206 offers four modern meeting rooms with advanced multimedia and seating for 8, 10 or 14 people.

Sara Dow

Sara has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry with a strong background in
restaurant and banquet operations. As a graduate of the Culinary Management program from Humber College, Sara has been planning weddings, corporate and special events for over a decade. She understands what it takes to ensure an event is seamless and stress-free and will help to bring creative event visions to life and work with you from the planning stage right up to and including the day of your special occasion.

Roger Wakileh

Executive Chef

With over 35 years of experience in various Chef roles in both the United States and Canada, Roger has supervised food production for catered events, corporate and social functions with groups as large as 2,500 guests. He studied at George Brown College’s Culinary School and is a certified Red Seal Chef. Together with his experience, education and foresight, Roger will work to create your desired menu and ensure your special day is delectable and memorable.

As a highly organized and accomplished customer service professional, Samantha strives to provide clients with the care and attention they deserve. With her education in Culinary Management combined with six years of experience in food service and banquet operations, Samantha is well versed in event execution of corporate, wedding and special events.

Stephan Marx

Sous Chef

As a professional Chef and team leader, Stephan brings over 20 years of experience in food production, hospitality and the catering industry to his role. He received his Chef Diploma in Cologne, Germany and has a Food Service Management Certificate from George Brown College. Stephan is dedicated to providing high quality food productions for his clients to ensure each event reaches its full potential. He is a true believer that creativity and customer engagement is key to success.
